2. Prohibited Activities

3. Stream Key Security

Your stream key is confidential. Do not share your stream key with others. If you believe your stream key has been compromised, regenerate it immediately from your dashboard.

4. Bandwidth and Resource Usage

Use of platform resources should be reasonable and within the limits of your subscription plan. Excessive usage that impacts other users may result in throttling or account review.

Copyright Policy

GetSetLive respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law.

1. Copyright Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and stream on our platform. By using our services, you grant us a license to host, store, and deliver your content as necessary to provide our services.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please provide:

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services. This policy explains when and how refunds are processed.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase if:

• It is their first subscription to GetSetLive
• The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
• The account has not violated our Terms of Service

2. Prorated Refunds

After the 7-day period, refunds may be issued on a prorated basis at our discretion for:

• Service outages exceeding 24 hours
• Technical issues that prevent service usage
• Billing errors

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• API usage charges
• Bandwidth overage fees
• Setup or migration fees
• Accounts terminated for policy violations

We are not responsible for content streamed by users on our platform. Views expressed in user streams do not represent the views of GetSetLive. Users are solely responsible for their content.

3. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetSetLive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetSetLive, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
